Where professional strategy meets lived experience
 

I've spent my career developing marketing strategies, leading partnership design, managing detailed projects and designing systems that improve engagement. My work has always centred around connecting objectives, improving process, maintaining agility and untangling intricacy. 
 

Then life gave me a new challenge. I entered the world of neurodiversity and SEND. Navigating autism, ADHD, EHCPs and fragmented support systems showed me that the same strategic thinking I'd developed in business actually transferred perfectly to helping me meet the new demands life had in store.

Why DiverGenuity exists 
 

After leveraging the value of these skills across both parts of my life, I started to apply my system thinking and experience to share supportive strategies and guidance with parents living through the realities of the SEND education system.
